We’re a local Shenandoah Valley micro-bakery passionate about our simple ingredient sourdough, time-honored techniques, and a warm chocolate chip cookie (or two). My husband and I moved to Virginia from Maryland in 2019. Sourdough not only became a creative outlet but also a health pathway. Sourdough is a passion for me. Sourdough is excellent for gut health and easier for most individuals to digest- oh- and it’s also delicious. There are many other benefits in switching to sourdough and I encourage you to go read about them!

We will also offer the tastiest chocolate chip cookies, ooey-gooey buns and rolls, cake-pops and other tasty treats. We plan to consistently switch up our menu but we will stay consistent with our fan favorites too!
